Service providers and transfers outside Japan

Form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree, Inc., a service provider located in the United States, so your information is transferred outside Japan. We do not sell or share it with anyone else.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations.
